The Inside Sales role serves as a key link between customers and internal teams (EMS, SCM, Engineering & R&D, QA/QC, MRO, Marketing, and other stakeholders). Responsibilities include selling manufacturing capacity and allied services, generating leads, managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing contracts and meeting targets. The role drives revenue growth through sales strategies, customer engagement, negotiations, and collaboration with internal teams for successful deal closures.
• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years’ experience in Inside Sales within EMS, Electronics Manufacturing, or Technical Services.
• Fair understanding of electronic products and technology.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
