Roles and Responsibilities: Daily HR Operations: Oversee and manage core HR functions including attendance monitoring, leave management, payroll processing, and employee documentation to ensure smooth daily operations. Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies tailored for the hospitality industry to attract and retain high-quality candidates for both frontline and back-office roles. Training & Development: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs focusing on hotel operations, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence and brand standards. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for staff grievances, working closely with department heads to resolve issues professionally and maintain a positive work environment. Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies, maintaining up-to-date records and conducting periodic audits for compliance. Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles, provide feedback facilitation, and assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven experience in an HR role within the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, or restaurant chains). Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related field from a recognized institution is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to engage with employees across all levels Knowledge of HRMS and payroll systems Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in the hospitality industry
