Assistant HR Manager

As an Assistant Human Resource Manager at Incheon KIA's Trivandrum region, your role will involve addressing employee inquiries and concerns, assisting in resolving disputes and grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will play a key role in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, and conducting interviews. Additionally, you will coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, maintain employee records, and support the performance review process. Your responsibilities will also include identifying training needs, organizing training programs, and supporting career development initiatives. It will be essential to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, update HR policies, and maintain accurate HR databases. Key Responsibilities: - Address employee inquiries and concerns - Assist in resolving employee disputes and grievances - Promote a positive workplace culture - Coordinate recruitment process - Conduct interviews and screen candidates - Onboard new hires and conduct orientation programs - Maintain and update employee records - Support performance review process - Identify training needs and organize training programs - Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Update and enforce HR policies and procedures - Prepare and submit HR reports and documentation - Assist in benefits programs implementation - Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy - Prepare HR-related documents and reports - Handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications Required: - Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or related role - Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information In addition to the above, Incheon KIA offers health insurance, provident fund, day shift schedule, and performance bonus.
