Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant HR Manager to join our corporate team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws, preferably at the Assistant Manager level. The role will support day-to-day HR functions and ensure regulatory compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core HR operations including onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination and exit processes.
• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and labour laws applicable to the organization.
• Liaise with government departments and external consultants for compliance and regulatory updates.
• Maintain and update employee data and HRIS systems.
• Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management processes.
• Assist in policy formulation and implementation.
• Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to support organizational goals and HR initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resource Management.
• 6-7 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in an Assistant HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
