We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barman to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences at our bars and lounges. Job Summary: As a Barman, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver high-quality service in line with the Gentleman Group’s standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently. Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders, suggest drink selections, and answer guest inquiries about the menu. Maintain bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary. Clean and sanitize bar areas, glassware, and equipment. Monitor guest behavior and comply with legal and company standards for alcohol service. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Work collaboratively with barbacks, waitstaff, and kitchen team to ensure seamless service. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: Proven experience as a barman/bartender in a hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bar equipment, and customer service techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Presentable appearance and a courteous attitude. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service (preferred but not mandatory). What We Offer: Competitive salary and service charges.
