Follow the prescribed process for Performance Appraisals. 4. Salary and Payroll negotiations a. To discuss and solve employee queries with the dealership account staff. b. Negotiate on salary aspect at the time of recruitment. 5. Employee Satisfaction and feedback a. Regularly check with employees satisfaction on the provided facilities b. Resolve the conflict situations or differences among employees. c. Regularly take employee feedback and pass on the final solutions for effective management of the employees. d.
