Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Housekeeping Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team at Rakabi The Fern, An Ecotel Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

• Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet guest expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
