Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Housekeeping Manager with 6-10 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Train and mentor new employees on housekeeping procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
  • A graduate degree or equivalent qualification is required.
