PDRole : Manager General – Travel Retail Fashion

Reporting to : Sector Head.

Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the Travel Retail Fashion industry

P & L responsibility for Luxury brands /Travel Retail Fashion StoresStrategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

Set sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional activities.

Sales Execution:Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.

Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Implement effective sales techniques and processes.

Market Expansion:Identify and explore new business opportunities and potential markets. Develop and execute plans to expand the company's presence in existing and new territories.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the sale and distribution of Travel Retail Fashion Company
