Job Description PD Role : Manager General – Travel Retail Fashion Reporting to : Sector Head a. Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth in the Travel Retail Fashion industry. b. P & L responsibility for Luxury brands / Travel Retail Fashion Stores Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify new business opportunities. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set sales targets and motivate the team to exceed them. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with promotional activities. Sales Execution: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
