Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Oversee end-to-end sales operations and customer engagement
• Identify new business opportunities and channel partner development
• Strategize and implement sales campaigns to drive project bookings
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams
• Report directly to senior management with regular sales updates
• Monitor market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Deep understanding of the Zirakpur/Tricity property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated
• Must have own vehicle and valid driving license

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience as a Sales Manager / AGM / Sr. Manager in reputed real estate companies
• Familiarity with residential project sales and builder floors/apartment models
• Hands-on experience managing site visits and deal closures
