Designation: Sr. Manager / AGM - Plant HR Location: Bengaluru Experience: 12-15 Years Education qualification: MSW / MBA in HR Must have recent experience in Garment / Apparel industry. Must be able to speak in Kannada Fluently. Roles and responsibilities : To be accountable for recruitment and retention of personnel. To address and resolve complaints or grievances. To analyze the root cause of problems/complaints related to Administration system, to suggest and implement the remedial measures, along with the Head - HRD To co-ordinate for socio-legal compliance activities and to ensure that it is maintained at all plants. To liaise with the officials from the State and Central Government bodies, Associations, Community leaders, certifying bodies, Consultants etc. in absence of Head- HRD. To ensure compliance to all the statutory requirements expected of the factory. To be part of building the brand image of the organization by participating in the social activities organized. To help in the submission of all returns according to statutory requirements. To implement lean management initiatives or facilitate the same, under the guidance of the management. To facilitate staff motivation programs for all operators depending on their grade. To facilitate training programs for all operators depending on their grade. To monitor the overall activities of HRD. Effective Team Management. Skills required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
