Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Government Projects to lead and manage large-scale projects in coordination with district and state government agencies. The role involves end-to-end project management, government liaison, compliance, and team coordination to ensure successful execution and delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities1. Core Operational & Project Management

• Manage the entire lifecycle of government and public sector projects from planning to closure.
• Handle large-scale infrastructure, transport, or IT-enabled service projects.
• Ensure compliance with government tendering processes, documentation, and regulations.
• Allocate resources efficiently, monitor budgets, and track project timelines.
• Work with PSUs and State Transport Departments, adhering to public procurement norms.

2. Government Liaison & Public Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with state and central government officials.
• Coordinate with government agencies for approvals, audits, and project reviews.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects by resolving escalations and securing timely clearances.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with government stakeholders.
