Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM), you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the business. Your primary duties will include overseeing operational activities, managing staff, and ensuring the implementation of company policies. You will play a key role in staff supervision, scheduling, policy enforcement, and issue resolution. Additionally, you may be involved in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of employees. To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include operational oversight, where you will assist the General Manager in managing schedules, workflows, and policy implementation to maintain efficient business operations.
