Job Description

We are looking for experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales team, drive revenue, and manage end-to-end sales operations for residential properties (India & Dubai projects).

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets

* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue

* Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations

* Monitor team performance and provide regular training & guidance

* Generate business through fresh leads, channel partners, and referrals

* Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and senior management

* Prepare sales reports and market analysis

Requirements

* Proven experience in real estate sales & team handling

* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

* Ability to close high-value deals

* Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
