Job Description PW IOI, Assistant Faculty – IOI Centres Job Title: Assistant Faculty – IOI Centres Department: PW Institute of Innovation’s School of Management Reports To: Academic Lead – IOI Centre Role Overview: Are you an aspiring educator eager to make a difference in the world of management education? As an Assistant Faculty at one of our IOI centres (Lucknow, Pune, and Noida), you will play a crucial role in supporting academic delivery, engaging with students, and contributing to the development of industry-relevant content. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals looking to grow their teaching career in a dynamic and innovative learning environment. Top 3 Goals: Support Academic Lead and Senior Faculty in delivering high-quality classroom experiences. Engage with students through teaching, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions. Assist in academic coordination, content development, and assessments. Quality Assurance Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering core and elective courses in your domain (Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR & General Management, or Analytics & General Management). Conduct tutorials, live problem-solving sessions, and evaluation reviews. Support the development and refinement of academic content, assessments, and learning materials. Collaborate with faculty and students to ensure the timely completion of the curriculum and academic targets. Help manage classroom logistics, attendance, and academic records. Actively participate in student engagement, mentoring, and academic events. Qualifications and Skills: 3-5 years of teaching, academic, or industry experience in a relevant domain. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds. MBA/ Pursuing Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Finance, HR, Analytics, etc.). Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching is an added advantage.
