Assistant Facility Manager - Technical ServicesWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Assistant Facility Manager – Technical Services to support the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of building systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, fire protection, and related systems function optimally and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

About the role:

  • Assist in the daily operations of all technical services and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS, etc.).
  • Supervise and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of critical building systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards and assist in budgeting and cost control for technical maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage service requests and track resolutions using CAFM/CMMS systems (if available).
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

About You

  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS).
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance planning and execution.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or technical services.
