Coordinates with maintenance teams for repairs and maintenance activities.

Customer Service: Responds to facility-related inquiries and complaints from building occupants & ensures customer satisfaction and resolves issues promptly.

Provides information and assistance to building occupants regarding facility services.

Safety Compliance: Conducts safety inspections and ensures compliance with safety regulations & reports safety hazards and incidents.

Investigates safety incidents and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Resource Management: Optimizes the utilization of facilities resources during the shift & manages equipment and supplies effectively.

Responds to equipment failures and breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions.

Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and manage facility operations team during shifts, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and discipline.

Identify training needs of employees and ensure team members participate in all mandatory classroom training sessions
