Preparation of a Master Schedule, establishing Project Baseline, continuous Supervision, Tracking and Monitoring of the project progress. Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative approaches to work. Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone. Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on Observation. Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts, Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of Contractor and Material before the commencement of work through RFI Management. Coordination with the Architect/Consultants to finalize Drawings/ Statutory Approvals based on Pre-Execution schedule. Drawings Scrutiny, Review of Bill of Quantities, Construction Area, Analysis Reports, etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in designing new products and components using SolidWorks (3D) and AutoCAD (2D/3D). Create, modify, and refine technical drawings, schematics, and assembly models. Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD; experience with sheet-metal, enclosures, assemblies is a plus. Basic understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies. Familiarity with GD&T and industry design standards. Support feasibility studies, cost analysis, and prototype testing. Maintain CAD file version control and documentation of design changes. Provide technical support and apply design improvements based on manufacturing constraints and feedback. Collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and manufacturing teams to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Support feasibility studies, cost analysis, and prototype testing. Maintain CAD file version control and documentation of design changes. Provide technical support and apply design improvements based on manufacturing constraints and feedback. Assist in design reviews and learn about product development processes. Documentation & Presentation Prepare technical documentation for design and validation processes. Assist in customer communication and provide support in project coordination. Continuous Learning & Development Stay updated with automotive industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques. Participate in training programs and mentorship sessions with senior engineers.
