SAT INDIA - Urgently Looking for Design - Assistant Manager at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: Design - Assistant Manager Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 8 Years and above Salary: As per industry standards Job Roles & Responsibility: Define and implement the design strategy, goals, and direction. Align design activities with overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the design team effectively. Allocate design resources and schedule workloads based on project needs. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, accurate design outputs. Conduct design reviews and provide actionable feedback. Oversee design projects from concept through to final delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution. Introduce and maintain design tools, software, and systems. Establish design standards, brand guidelines, and best practices. Organize and manage design files and asset libraries. Track design team performance and project efficiency metrics. Facilitate innovation through brainstorming and design workshops. Ensure adherence to internal processes, systems, and reporting standards. Submit daily/weekly progress reports in prescribed formats. Promote team building and develop a collaborative design culture.
