Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Design Manager based in Lucknow. The Assistant Design Manager will assist in leading design processes, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include creating design concepts, managing resources, supporting team collaboration, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The role also involves regularly reporting to the Design Manager and ensuring seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead the design team, ensuring high standards of creativity, quality, and execution across all projects.

Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery from initiation to completion.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and uncompromising design quality.

Provide creative direction, support, and mentorship to the design team, fostering their growth and development.

Represent Punchwork’s brand values through every phase of the design journey, upholding our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills in Interior Design, Architecture, and Space Planning
• Proficiency in Design Software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Strong Project Management and Team Coordination abilities
• Excellent Communication and Client Handling Skills
• Attention to Detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Relevant work experience in interior design or project management is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
