Solids and Automation Technology is Urgently Looking for Assistant Manager - Site Operations at Lamdapura, Vadodara, Gujarat. Position: Assistant Manager - Site Operations Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate / B.E. Mechanical Experience: 7 to 10 Years in industrial/technical Salary: |Best in the Industry Job Roles & Responsibility: - Plan and coordinate daily site tasks in alignment with project schedules. - Supervise and manage site manpower efficiently. - Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site. - Oversee installation and fitting of machines, including AMC coordination. - Track project progress, compare target vs. actual work, and follow up on pending tasks. - Ensure proper documentation and daily reporting in the given format. - Maintain DA payable records and manage related sheets accurately. - Adhere to all company systems, processes, and policies while ensuring work is completed to expected standards.
