Lead PLC, HMI, and motion control project execution for Effica automation systems.
Manage a team of engineers handling PLC programming, HMI design, and robot integration.
Design and standardize PLC/HMI architecture across platforms (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider, Delta).
Integrate and commission motion control, servo drives, sensors, and safety PLCs.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams for seamless system integration.
Manage project lifecycle — from concept to commissioning (FAT & SAT).
Ensure adherence to safety standards (SIL, PLe) and control documentation (FMEA, control philosophy).
Drive IoT and Industry 4.0–based initiatives such as data monitoring, analytics, and predictive maintenance.
Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot on-site automation issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Mentor and train control engineers in advanced PLC programming, vision, and robotics technologies.
Support management in control system costing, RFQ responses, and technical proposals.
Work closely with the project management team to maintain delivery schedules and budgets.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong experience in PLC platforms (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Schneider).
Hands-on knowledge in HMI/SCADA design, motion systems, and robot interfacing.
Familiar with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, CC-Link, OPC-UA).
Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT connectivity, and data acquisition systems.
Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
Proficiency in EPLAN / AutoCAD for control design review.
Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and documentation skills.
