Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Company Secretary

Job Overview:

Assistant Company Secretary

MCA, SEBI, and other regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Company Secretary in managing
statutory and regulatory compliances
under the Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), and other applicable laws.
Coordinate with
secretarial auditors
and ensure timely completion of
event-based and periodic compliances
.
Support in the preparation and filing of various
ROC forms, stock exchange filings
, and disclosures.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and minutes of meetings.
Assist in the preparation for
Board, Committee, and General Meetings
, including drafting of agendas, notices, and resolutions.
Provide support during
year-end secretarial audits
and annual report compilation.
Stay updated with changes in corporate and securities law and assess their impact on the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate Membership of
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
.
Minimum 2 years
of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience working in a
listed company environment
preferred.
Legal qualification
(LLB or equivalent) will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
