Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Company Secretary located in Parel. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring company compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, advising the board of directors on governance matters, preparing and maintaining company records, managing shareholder communications, and conducting board meetings. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that the company meets legal obligations and adheres to proper standards of reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of corporate law and governance
Experience with statutory compliance and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage shareholder communications and conduct board meetings
Proficiency in using office software and legal databases
Semiqualified/Qualified Company Secretary is required with minimum 3 years experience post internship.
Experience in the tea industry is a plus
