Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inbound sales executives. Track daily performance metrics such as call handling, lead conversion, and TATs. Conduct regular training and performance reviews. Sales & Conversion Drive sales from inbound leads generated through calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and referral sources. Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient closure of leads. Optimize processes for higher conversion ratios and ensure target achievement Process Adherence & Customer Experience Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements. Monitor and enhance customer experience at all stages of the sales process. Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Share regular reports with senior management on sales performance and pipeline. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for lead quality improvement. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of home loans / mortgage loan products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and team management abilities Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach Customer-oriented with a focus on service quality Familiarity with CRM tools and loan management systems
