It's a worst experience, they will give full torture. If u don't pay the loan amount on time the penalty and interest is double is. Once u clear the home loan and have NOC letter even then they send warranty letter from police which is not fair enough

Don't take loan here , bcz rate of interest is high 18% compare to some private entities and they only focused on poor peoples and they will charge for documentation charges high but, they will tell no guarantee for that fees too and …

Horrible, Disgusting, Fraudulent, unprofessional, & below-par customer service. They do not return documents and so-called "fees". Nonadherence to RBI policies & practices. No response to the calls or emails. It's as good as running a charity organization and login fees are considered as donations.
