Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary at Corrtech Energy Limited, located in Ahmedabad. The role includes maintaining company records, preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, organizing board meetings, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements. The Assistant Company Secretary will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, manage communications with stakeholders, and support the company in its day-to-day secretarial functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Skills in organizing board meetings and maintaining company records
• Experience in preparing and filing documents with regulatory authorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Legal documentation drafting and reviewing skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder communications effectively
• Relevant secretarial qualifications, such as CS (Company Secretary) certification
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
