The Opportunity

Senior Associate (CS)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage compliance mandates across Company Law, FEMA, and allied regulations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee transaction advisory assignments including incorporations, share transfers/issuances, restructuring, and due diligence.
• Guide and mentor CS Interns, junior associates, review their work, provide feedback, and build team capability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, investors, and leadership teams on complex compliance and strategic matters.
• Drive special projects such as ESOP structuring, trademark filings, and M&A support.
• Establish best practices and contribute to strengthening internal processes, knowledge sharing, and client service standards.
• Work independently on client retainerships while also collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Company Secretary (CS) with 3–5 years’ experience in compliance and advisory.
• Strong exposure to transaction advisory, retainerships, and special projects.
• Experience in a PCS or law firm environment preferred.
• Ability to lead mandates, mentor juniors, and drive scalable processes.
• Strong strategic mindset and communication skills, with confidence in a fast-paced,
  founder-facing setup.
