Role: Assistant Cluster Manager – Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive corporate, CSR, and institutional partnerships nationally and regionally

Develop tailored proposals aligned with CSR mandates and ESG goals

Identify and build new funding opportunities through CSR platforms and networking

Manage and grow existing partnerships with strategic engagement and reporting

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely program delivery

Represent STEM Learning at partner meetings, site visits, and CSR forums

Execute quarterly and annual fundraising goals with actionable strategies

Requirements:

MBA/PGDM or Graduate in Business Development, Marketing, BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising experience

3–8 years’ experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or B2B/institutional sales

Proven ability to manage partnerships worth ₹50 lakh+ annually

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Experience with CRM tools preferred

Added advantage: background in education, development, or government engagement

Note: This role involves travel for stakeholder engagement.
