Role Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Cluster Manager – Loans to support the Cluster Manager in driving loan sales, team management, and operational excellence across multiple branches. The role involves managing sales executives, ensuring loan disbursal targets, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Cluster Manager in achieving loan disbursal & revenue targets.
• Manage and support branch sales teams (RMs, Executives).
• Track sales funnel, lead conversion, and branch productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with credit policy and loan documentation.
• Handle escalated customer queries and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/Finance/Marketing preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in Loan Sales/Banking/NBFC with at least 1 year in a team leader/assistant manager role.
• Strong knowledge of secured & unsecured loan products.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
