Role: Assistant Cluster Manager – Sales

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate, CSR, and institutional partnerships nationally and regionally

*

• Develop tailored proposals aligned with CSR mandates and ESG goals

*

• Identify and build new funding opportunities through CSR platforms and networking

*

• Manage and grow existing partnerships with strategic engagement and reporting

*

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely program delivery

*

• Represent STEM Learning at partner meetings, site visits, and CSR forums

*

• Execute quarterly and annual fundraising goals with actionable strategies

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM or Graduate in Business Development, Marketing, BSW/MSW with CSR fundraising experience

*

• 3–8 years’ experience in CSR fundraising, corporate partnerships, or B2B/institutional sales

*

• Proven ability to manage partnerships worth ₹50 lakh+ annually

*

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

*

• Experience with CRM tools preferred

*

Added advantage: background in education, development, or government engagement
