As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to join our team in Ernakulam . Position Summary The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) will be responsible for managing the branch’s operational activities, overseeing business development, and driving collection targets within the assigned zone. The role involves strategic team leadership, recruitment and training of team members, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities Lead branch operations and ensure efficient day-to-day functioning. Oversee business generation, collections, and customer engagement within the assigned zone. Identify and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Manage and motivate the branch team to ensure high productivity and morale. Take charge of recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members in line with company standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Prepare and present periodic reports on performance, collections, and branch activities to senior management. Resolve customer queries and maintain strong client relationships. Candidate Requirements Education : Graduate in any discipline (Business/Finance preferred). Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory/managerial role such as Assistant Manager, Team Leader, or equivalent. Experience in the financial services/chit fund/non-banking finance sector will be an added advantage. Age Limit : 30 to 45 years. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team management skills. Other Requirements : Male candidates preferred (due to job nature involving field visits and team handling).
