Job Description

We are seeking a Market & Business Development Specialist to drive growth, develop market intelligence, and strengthen customer relationships for our Pharma Packaging Solutions (Vials, Ampoules, Syringes & Cartridges). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while fostering relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis :

  • Develop and document market intelligence for vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges.
  • Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights to optimize pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.

Business Growth & Customer Acquisition :

  • Identify and acquire new customers, driving business expansion.
  • Develop new projects with existing customers by promoting innovative products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.

Technical & Sales Enablement :

  • Act as the technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on product specifications and applications.
  • Interface with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Promote the technical advantages of our products to attract new business opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to enhance customer experience.
  • Align business strategies with technical and operational capabilities to drive growth.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing technical content for promotional materials and presentations.

  • Comprehensive market insights to drive informed business decisions.
  • Increased customer base through strategic business development efforts.
  • Enhanced product positioning by leveraging technical expertise.
  • Strong internal collaboration for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
