Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager located in Aurangabad. The Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, and oversee sales activities. The role also involves coordinating with different departments, implementing branch strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Leadership and team management skills
Experience in sales and customer service
Inventory management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Relevant experience in the power backup or technology industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
