Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Branch Manager. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, and working to achieve the branch's sales targets. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

  • Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise staff
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and handling customer inquiries
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and budgets
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various departments and reporting to senior management
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of industry-related products and services is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai
