Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BSI (Business Systems Analyst) located in Bellary. The BSI will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business systems, developing system solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements, and ensuring effective integration of technology and business processes. Daily tasks include conducting system analysis, creating detailed documentation, managing system configurations, and providing user support and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis, including system optimizations and solution development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in documentation and system configuration management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders
• Knowledge of power backup industry processes and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Bellary
