Job Summary

The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective control of financial processes. The role supports management by providing financial insights and maintaining strong internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of financial records
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund utilization
• Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Support management with financial analysis and MIS reports
• Guide and supervise junior accounting staff

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred)
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and leadership abilities

Pay: ₹12,988.56 - ₹30,000.00 per month
