Forex Executive

As a Forex Operations & Compliance Executive, your role involves managing daily foreign exchange transactions, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and supporting sales efforts. Your responsibilities include: - Execute diverse foreign exchange transactions, such as currency buy/sell (cash), Telegraphic Transfers (TT), and issuance/loading of Forex Travel Cards. - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time currency rate information and resolving transaction queries. - Actively upsell travel-related products to customers during forex transactions. - Thoroughly verify customer documents to ensure complete KYC and regulatory compliance for every transaction. - Stay updated on RBI circulars and global forex market trends. - Accurately maintain transaction records in the CRM system and internal sales registers. - Reconcile daily cash and bank receipts related to forex transactions. - Prepare daily closing balances, cash position statements, and transaction summaries for the Branch Manager. - Ensure the security and proper handling of physical foreign currency cash holdings. - Oversee the maintenance of the cash vault and conduct regular cash counts.
