Performance Analyst – Key Responsibilities

• Check and validate daily performance of all portfolios.
• Handle month-end tasks to finalize performance reports and prepare client reports.
• Understand different return calculation methods and spot errors.
• Maintain composites as per GIPS rules.
• Compare account returns with benchmarks to ensure accuracy.
• Answer queries from internal and external teams about performance, attribution, and risk.
• Work with Portfolio Admin and Client Services to provide data for marketing, DDQs, and RFPs.
• Coordinate with the Risk team to keep data and analysis consistent.
• Contribute to FinTech projects to automate manual processes.

Key Skills Needed

• Experience in performance measurement and attribution for equity and fixed income portfolios.
• Knowledge of return calculation methods, portfolio risk statistics, and GIPS.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.
• Analytical skills to handle complex data and draw clear conclusions.
• Interest in FinTech tools and automation.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
