We are seeking an experienced Asset Integrity Specialist to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of client facilities.

Job Responsibilities

· Develop, implement, and manage Asset Integrity Management (AIM) programs for oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial plants.

· Conduct risk-based inspection (RBI) studies, corrosion assessments, and fitness-for-service evaluations.

· Create, review, and maintain critical integrity deliverables including:

· - Comprehensive Asset Register for all equipment and systems.

· - Performance Standards and Integrity Operating Windows for critical assets.

· - Criticality Rating and identification of HSECES (Health, Safety, and Environmental Critical Equipment and Systems).

· - RBI (Risk-Based Inspection) plans and execution strategies.

· - Remaining life assessment of existing piping systems and static equipment.

· - RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) and RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) studies.

· Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and regulatory requirements (API, ASME, ISO).

· Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to predict failures and optimize maintenance strategies.

· Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to address integrity-related issues.

· Lead failure investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

· Support digitalization initiatives such as digital twins, CMMS integration, and predictive analytics for asset integrity.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering discipline.

· 5–10 years of experience in asset integrity management in oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar industries.

· Strong knowledge of RBI methodologies, corrosion monitoring, and maintenance strategies.

· Experience in preparing and maintaining asset registers, performance standards, and criticality assessments.

· Familiarity with asset management standards such as ISO 55000, API 580/581, and ASME codes.

· Hands-on experience with RAM and RCM methodologies for maintenance optimization.

· Experience with software tools for inspection, RBI, and integrity management systems.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

· Certification in RBI, API Inspector, or similar professional credentials.

· Experience with digital asset management tools or CMMS systems like SAP or Maximo.

Background in EPC or O&M companies serving oil & gas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
