Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our Bio-CBG (Compressed Biogas) plant project team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and managing construction budgeting for industrial infrastructure and RCC tanks, equipment foundation, steel structures, etc

This role involves close coordination with civil contractors, design consultants, vendors, and the project management team to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs based on project drawings and specifications
• Estimate material, labor, and equipment requirements for civil and structural works, including RCC tanks and silage pits
• Evaluate contractor and vendor quotations, cost comparisons, and negotiate rates
• Track actual vs. planned construction costs, update budgets, and control cost overruns
• Verify contractor bills and assist in certification of running and final bills
• Assist in tendering and procurement of civil packages
• Provide quantity take-offs from drawings
• Support construction planning, project reporting, and site audit

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction or infrastructure projects
• Specific experience in RCC tank, foundation, building, steel structure, prefabricated building, , sheltor, construction is mandatory
• Experience working on bio-energy / bio-CBG / wastewater / process plants preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation tools
• Familiarity with construction drawings, codes, and project documentation
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Willing to be based at project site full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
