Overview

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures and APIs.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and enforce coding standards across the team.
• Mentor, coach, and guide junior and mid-level developers to strengthen technical delivery.
• Manage sprint planning, task delegation, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability.
• Ensure DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, containerization) are followed.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them where relevant.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and drive continuous process Technical Skills :
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with Redux/Context API for state management in React.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture, API gateway, and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of NoSQL and SQL databases, indexing, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress) and linting tools.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile Skills :
• Experience leading distributed teams and managing remote collaboration.
• Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Firebase).
• Exposure to performance monitoring tools (New Relic, Datadog).

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
