Founded in April 2021, SporTech Innovation Lab is India's first sports technology company to file

a patent. We're building a unified digital ecosystem for India's 404-412 million sports and eSports

participants, with a special focus on the 97% underserved rural and grassroots communities. Our

goal is to digitise and unify India's fragmented sports landscape, empowering athletes, coaches

and institutions with secure, user-controlled data and freely accessible tools.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Build AI systems that combine machine learning with data sources.

• Handle multilingual text and speech inputs and outputs.

• Create conversations that remember user context and preferences.

• Connect AI assistants with user profiles for personalization.

• Develop automated agents to perform tasks.

• Support ongoing dialogues with memory of previous interactions.

• Improve AI models to answer questions better.

• Implement data privacy and security measures.

• Design system architecture for data flow and service connections.

• Containerize and deploy AI services in scalable environments.

• Set up automated testing and deployment pipelines.

• Help create review processes for quality control of AI outputs.

Skills

• AI/ML Fundamentals: Transformers, embeddings, retrieval models, context learning,

prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models (LLMs).

• Generative AI Coding: Skilled with modern AI coding assistants like Claude Code, GitHub

Copilot and other up-to-date generative AI tools to accelerate coding and debugging.

• AI Frameworks & APIs: Proficient in LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, OpenAI APIs, and

emerging tools like MosaicML or OpenLLM for building retrieval-augmented and generative

AI applications.

• Programming Languages: Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/Node.js for

development and integration.

• Speech & Voice Tools: Experience with Whisper, Bhashini APIs and other cutting-edge

multilingual speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems.

• Version Control & Collaboration: Mastery of GitHub and collaborative workflows for code

versioning and teamwork.

• Soft Skills: Intellectual curiosity, clear communication, user-centered design thinking and a

collaborative mindset.

• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), container

orchestration with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture design.

• CI/CD & Automation: Skills in building automated testing, integration and deployment

pipelines.

• Data Privacy & Security: Familiarity with encryption, compliance standards and secure

access controls in AI systems.

• Monitoring & Quality Control: Ability to implement monitoring, logging and human-in-the-

• loop review systems for AI output validation.
