About the Role

Lead AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI solutions
• Develop and optimize AI pipelines using Python, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Lead model lifecycle processes: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and platforms
• Establish KPIs, validation methods, and best engineering practices
• Implement MLOps using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms
• Ensure AI security, ethics, fairness, and governance standards
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and data teams
• Mentor and guide junior engineers on AI best practices
