Location : Mohali Experience: 1-6 years About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Artificial Intelligence Developer/AI Developer who has a strong foundation in backend technologies like Django, Flask, Fast API, and DRF , along with frontend development skills using React.js , Angular , Vue.js , or at least HTML/CSS/JavaScript . Key Responsibilities: Develop, train, validate, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end AI systems . Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices to expose ML models. Build and integrate user-friendly front-end interfaces to support AI-powered applications. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for both client-side and server-side components. Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging. Conduct performance tuning, A/B testing, and model evaluation for continuous improvement. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in AI and software engineering. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development using Python , TensorFlow , PyTorch , or similar. Strong understanding of data structures , algorithms , machine learning concepts , and model evaluation . Proficiency in backend frameworks like Django , Flask , or FastAPI . Solid front-end development skills with React , Angular , or Vue.js . or At least with HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with RESTful APIs , GraphQL , containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) , and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) . Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and version control (Git). Knowledge of AI deployment pipelines , model serving , and monitoring tools . Preferred Skills: Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT models, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers) . Knowledge of data annotation tools , NLP , or Computer Vision . Exposure to CI/CD pipelines , MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow). Contributions to open-source projects or AI hackathons are a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take ownership and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
