By harmonizing traditional symbolism with contemporary abstraction, Studio Ananta transforms spaces into soulful experiences of art and energy.Based in Jaipur, the studio delivers projects infused with imaginative craftsmanship, spiritual depth, and a distinctive aesthetic that bridges art and consciousness.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role based in Jaipur, offering a combination of onsite and remote work.The Art Sales Executive will drive art sales across original paintings (primary focus), sculptures, functional art pieces, interior installations, and customized commissions. A key expectation is to consistently achieve a monthly sales target of ₹1,00,000–₹1,50,000, typically through the sale of 3 original artworks per month across premium, mid-sized, and small formats.Key responsibilities include:Developing and executing sales strategies for Studio Ananta’s original artworks and design offerings.Identifying new leads with collectors, designers, architects, galleries, and corporate clients.Building and nurturing strong client relationships through personalised communication and follow-ups.Representing the studio’s artistic philosophy, story, and values in presentations and networking interactions.Managing inbound enquiries from digital platforms, social media, email, and exhibitions.Preparing tailored proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.Ensuring client satisfaction through thoughtful guidance and customised solutions aligned with their spaces and vision.This role is ideal for someone who can blend sales acumen with an appreciation for art, aesthetics, and storytelling.QualificationsProven Sales and Relationship Management skills, including lead generation, pipeline handling, and closing.Knowledge of art industry trends, fine art sales, sculptures, interior art, or luxury/creative product selling.Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities, with comfort in engaging HNIs, designers, and collectors.Experience or interest in digital marketing, social outreach, and content-driven engagement for art sales.A refined creative and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to convey Studio Ananta’s Libre Essence philosophy.Familiarity with CRM tools, structured reporting, and MS Office for managing client data and sales summaries.Self-driven, organised, and capable of working effectively in a hybrid structure while aligning with studio goals.Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields; prior art or luxury sales experience is a strong advantage.
