Art Director

Role Overview

As the Art Director, you will lead the visual storytelling and creative output for campaigns across social media, display ads, landing pages, websites, videos, and branding. You'll work closely with copywriters, strategists, performance marketers, and clients to develop compelling visuals that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative ideation and visual strategy for digital campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Oversee and guide the design team (graphic designers, motion designers, UI/UX)
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication
• Translate briefs into strong visual narratives and high-conversion creatives
• Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align creative with campaign goals (e.g., engagement, conversions, branding)
• Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity
• Review and approve all visual assets before delivery
• Stay on top of design trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital design or art direction, preferably in a marketing agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital ad creatives, social media campaigns, landing pages, branding, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Canva
• Deep understanding of performance design principles for paid media
• Knowledge of visual storytelling, motion design, typography, layout, and brand systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate, and meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client presentation skills

Bonus: Experience in UI/UX design or video editing
