Job Description

As a Transaction Processing Executive (Voice) for our esteemed client in the financial services sector located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, your primary responsibility will be handling inbound calls related to wire transfers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing of transactions while also addressing customer queries and concerns. In this role, you will be dealing with high-value transactions, requiring you to provide exceptional customer service to clients. It is essential to maintain a professional demeanor, even when faced with upset or frustrated customers, while staying focused on accurately processing customer orders. Additionally, you will be expected to complete necessary reports and escalate calls when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. The working model for this position is 24/7, and you must be willing to work from the office. The work schedule includes night shifts and rotating weekends. The interview process will consist of TA Screening, Assessment, Regional Language test, and an Operation face-to-face round. Key Responsibilities: - Handle 50-150 inbound calls daily regarding wire transfers. - Process transactions involving significant sums of money with precision. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - Remain calm and professional in all customer interactions. - Ensure accurate processing and completion of customer orders. - Generate necessary reports and escalate calls as needed. - Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills. - Collaborate with the team by sharing useful tips and best practices. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong communication skills in English. - Ability to remain composed and solve problems under pressure. - Team player with qualities of respect, courage, humility, integrity, attentiveness to detail, and a focused mindset. - Education: Any Graduate. - Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with any regional language (Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali). - Language Proficiency: Good command of English (C1 or C2 level). - Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, particularly in a voice process.
