Key Responsibilities: - Handle 50-150 inbound calls per day from customers and agents regarding wire transfers. - Process transactions involving large sums of money with a focus on accuracy. - Respond to customer inquiries and effectively resolve any issues they may encounter. - Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially when dealing with upset or frustrated customers. - Ensure accurate processing and completion of customer orders. - Complete necessary reports and escalate calls when necessary. - Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills. - Share valuable tips and best practices with your team members. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills in English. - Ability to remain composed and solve problems in high-pressure situations. - Team player with attributes like respect, courage, humility, integrity, attention to detail, and a focused mindset. - Education: Any Graduate. - Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Hindi, along with any regional language (Punjabi, Urdu, Bengali). - Language Proficiency: Good command of English (C1 or C2 level). - Experience: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience in a voice process.
